Barney lives! I honestly would have been surprised if they had been teasing his actual death the entire time. The pacing from Johns and Frank kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time though. I truly was not sure what would happen. What about the reveal at the end though?! Anybody else notice the Junkyard Joe Funko pop lol? And the pic of Simon amongst President Griffin's documents. Who has a theory as to why President Griffin is covered in bandages? Some think he might be the First Ghost... We do know that First Ghost is somehow tied to President Sarah Nash in the past... The Electrician is dead and Barney lives! AMEN! -Nick W www.ghostmachinefans.com

Disappointed at the death of The Electrician, I was expecting this could be the start of a major antagonist for Tariq.

The pacing is something you don't really get a true feel for until the end of the book I feel like. I correlate it to when you go to the movies and see an action or scary movie, you don't realize how tense you are until its over and you can feel every muscle in your body relaxing. These books are very cinematic. I hope we eventually see them on the big or small screen.
The Electrician was an exciting villain, although I do agree it felt like a very abrupt ending. I thought I remember reading that he was supposed to be one of the more powerful people in the wasteland.
I loved the Funko Pop of Junkyard. I hope they make one.. or more!
